£23000 for an Oil Change

I read a crazy article (TheSun) about a wealthy Sheikh who flew his Batman Lamborghini on a 6,500 mile round-trip to London for an oil change. The cost - “only”£23000. How much money does he have to be spending them like this? 
According to the article it cost him £3552 to service his car at an approved dealer, plus £20000 to to freight from Qatar to Britain.
