*not true, there is only one Hamburg in der history of the invention of hamburgers and that town is in the USA, hamburger didn’t reach germany till way later.

the first one is incorrect, and behemoth corrected it incorrectly
hamburgers were actually created on the ship called the “hamburg” which had nothing to do with the German town or as behemoth said the american town…they were invented as a food that was easy to cook, and that the jews migrating to america could eat as it is beef….ironically the most popular form of hamburger is now the cheese burger, which orthodox jews could not eat as it is a law that they cannot eat dairy products with meat…
